Job Title: Heavy Duty Equipment Sales Representative
Location: Oklahoma/Arkansas territory
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Duty Equipment Sales Representative for the OK/AR territory to join our Equipment Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of equipment, including Heavy Duty Lifts, Light Duty Lifts, Wheel Service Equipment, Lubrication Equipment, Compressed Air Equipment, and other automotive shop equipment. Your clients will include city municipalities, county and state organizations, school districts, transit facilities, private diesel shops, and automotive repair shops.
This position requires the ability to transport and demonstrate equipment on-site, including pulling a trailer, loading and unloading equipment, and making deliveries as needed. Success in this role depends on strong relationship-building skills, technical expertise, and the ability to clearly communicate product benefits to customers. Additionally, staying informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product innovations will be key to positioning our company as a market leader.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets within the specified territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across various industries.
- Provide technical expertise regarding heavy-duty equipment specifications and advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
- Assist in managing projects signed within your territory.
- Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and deliveries.
- Travel as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and conduct site visits.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
- Ability to pull a trailer and load/unload heavy-duty equipment.
