We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Quality/Inventory Specialist to join our growing boat business! If you are passionate about boats, data-entry and you would like to give your contribution in creating a great company culture, this is the right position for you!
Your job will be to provide support for the work of the Marketing Department by performing a variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to manage all inbound inventory and documentation on them including New Boats, Motors, & Tailers along with Pre-Owned Units.
They are accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. The list, however, is not necessarily an exhaustive description of the duties and responsibilities associated with the position. The Quality/Inventory Specialist also completes additional items as needed and requested by the Management Team.
- Complete and manage entire “Pre-Delivery Process”
- Document all inbound boats, motors and trailers
- Enter VIN and Title information into DMS
- Track sold units and current inventory status
- Document and photograph all damage and defects from inbound inventory and new boats
- Create online listings for inventory
- Manage Google Spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member
- Data-driven mindset
- Self-driven and eager to learn
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with E-Commerce or Data-Entry
- Time-Management and Process Creation
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and G-Suite
- Experience with Trello or other Time-Management Software
