What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Reeder Trausch Marine?
The Sales Assistant is a critical and vital role within our dealership. The Sales Assistant can successfully demonstrate that they are able to complete receptionist duties and customer service responsibilities. They are accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. The list, however, is not necessarily an exhaustive description of the duties and responsibilities associated with the position. The Sales Assistant also completes additional items as needed and requested by the Management Team.
- Maintain our clients Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and customer databases.
- Verify all internet leads and telephone responses have received direct answers to their questions.
- 10 minute(s) or less response time of all internet and phone leads.
- Ability to complete numerous (up to 200 ) calls per day, plus texts and emails.
- Schedule Sales and Service Appointments.
- Workplan will include unsold showroom traffic, inbound calls, outbound calls, anniversary calls, birthday calls, equity mining, prospecting, mining, internet lead, appointment confirmation, and missed appointment calls.
- Keep abreast of current incentives, specials, promotions, inventory, and product knowledge daily and relay the information to the client in a timely fashion.
- Provide personalized videos to the client regarding their vehicle of interest.
- Understand dealership processes (finance, appraisal, etc.) and learn effective ways to communicate these processes to the client.
- Verify that all in-bound calls for the department have been input into the CRM system.
- Verify all workload and tasks plans have been completed throughout the day.
- Verify all appointments are marked ‘shown, cancelled, missed, rescheduled’ accordingly in all CRMs.
- Complete OEM training classes.
