Responsibilities
- Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Manage and track accounts receivable and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Respond to billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline billing processes and enhance efficiencies.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and account statuses.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and accurate data.
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role.
- High school diploma
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
