Responsibilities

Financial Management : Oversee all financial and insurance offerings in the dealership, ensuring profitability and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and present suitable financing options.

Documentation : Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Sales Goals : Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed financial sales targets.

Compliance : Ensure all loan and lease packages are in agreement with all laws and regulations.

Training : Provide training and guidance to the sales team on finance and insurance products.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years in automotive dealership experience. We will train the exceptional candidate who posses high drive and motivation required.

Licensing : Sales license as per Pennsylvania state regulations is required.

Communication Skills : Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.

Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in automotive finance software and CRM tools.

Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in finance documentation.
