Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and inspections on boats and engines.
- Execute repairs and maintenance across various boat brands and engine types.
- Conduct warranty services as required.
- Winterize and summerize boats and engines effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all work orders.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance for trailers.
- Strong diagnostic and inspection skills related to marine engines.
- Proficiency in repair and maintenance for diverse boat brands and engines.
- Familiarity with warranty processes.
- Competence in seasonal preparation (winterizing/summerizing).
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining work order documentation.
- Knowledge of trailer maintenance and repairs.
- Proven experience in marine service or a related field, preferably with a minimum of three years.
- Technical skills in diagnostics and repair are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
