Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Part-Time, Nights)
24 hours per week | Night Shift
Rotating every 3rd weekend and holiday
Reedsburg Area Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team.
What you'll Do:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with the nursing process and emergency department protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and other clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and changes in status
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory requirements
- Participate in emergency preparedness drills and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and professionalism
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ENPC must be completed within 12 months of hire
- Advanced certification in emergency or critical care nursing (strongly preferred)
- Must meet all RAMC occupational health and immunization requirements
