What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Department Associate position at Reedsburg True Value?
We are looking for a energetic person to work in our Rental Department. Being able to have great people skills and managing others is a must. The right person will be good with assisting customers on finding the right equipment to rent for the job. Must have knowledge of equipment and mechanical ability. Customer service is a must.
Primary duties include but not limited to:
-Completing the rental agreement with customer and close out contract when equipment is returned. -Must be able to assist in loading some of the equipment.
-Assuring items being delivered are ready and employees are available for task
-Keeping equipment in working, safe order. Scheduling routine maintenance
-This position will also write up repair orders for equipment that comes in from customers.
Basic computer skills are required.
