What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping/Housemen position at Reef Ocean Resort?
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance supervisor. Proficient knowledge of pools and pool equipment. Proficient AC repair, light construction and basic plumbing. Computer skills needed to work with electronic locks. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. Positive attitude and customer service is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Skills
- Ability to repair all hospitality setting
- Must speak fluent in English
- Experienced in Carpentry
- Computer literate
- Proficient knowledge of HVAC and plumbing
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to Train.
