Position Overview
Our culinary team at Cutalong at Tributer Resort is looking to hire a Food & Beverage Supervisor. This role will be key member of the Cutalong's culinary team, providing support to the Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef. This role ensures that guests receive exceptional service, the highest quality food and beverages are prepared and served, and staff are properly trained and motivated. The supervisor will also handle inventory management, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Conduct daily briefings to ensure the team is prepared for the day's tasks and guest expectations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to new and current staff, ensuring consistency in service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure guests are provided with an outstanding dining experience, from prompt seating to quality food and beverage service.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with menu selections, offering recommendations and answering questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
- Oversee daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen, bar, and service staff.
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory, placing orders when necessary and ensuring stock levels are sufficient for the morning shift.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented and served according to resort standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed by the team.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness in all food and beverage areas, including kitchens, dining areas, and bar areas.
- Enforce proper handling of food and beverages, minimizing waste and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of food and beverage sales, inventory, and employee attendance.
- Assist in creating and implementing daily shift schedules.
- Prepare reports related to the morning shift's operations, guest feedback, and inventory needs.
- The successful candidate will have impeccable leadership and communication skills, and cutting edge technical food & beverage knowledge. Ideal candidates have relevant fine dining experience
- 3 years of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation. Ideal candidate has management experience in hotels and fine dining
- Degree in Hospitality, Business/Administration, Restaurant Management, Culinary, or Food Service management.
- Cutting edge technical food & beverage knowledge
- Business and management principles involved in strategic planning
- Strong Leadership Track Record
- Knowledge of popular reservation systems such as Open Table, Resy, Tock, etc, and POS systems such as Micros, Aloha, Toast, Square, etc.
- Experienced with principles and processes for providing customer and employee services
- Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Most work tasks are performed indoors with some outdoor activity.
- Position requires walking and giving direction most of the working day.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
