What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift Machine Operator position at Reel Core?
Calling all night owls! Reel Core is currently looking for night shift machine operators who are looking to utilize their current skills and start a new career!
Reel Core offers college-level training and cross-training programs to build off skills that you already have!
As a Machine Operator you will:
- Operate plastic blow molding machinery
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to finish the product
- Use extreme accuracy and attention to detail while doing a final inspection on the finished product and document results
- Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties
- Use your excellent communication skills to partner with your teammates and keep productivity levels high
- Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available
What you bring to the job:
- A minimum of six months of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment variety of tools
- Strong desire for accuracy and high attention to detail skills
- Forklift expereince preferred
