In this role, you will manage and oversee online platform accounts, collaborate with our team to improve services, and participate in remote focus groups and usability testing. You will also collect local data and support service launches. As a problem-solver with good communication skills, you will be comfortable with online tasks and remote work. A computer (Mac or PC) is required, and a background check must be passed. Degree preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.
