Managing Paralegal (MP) Responsibilities
- Manages legal secretaries, however does not have leadership or authority capacity
- Managing attorney calendars or coverage; transfer cases
- Attending pod meetings
- Managing receptionist chats & LS chats
- Coverage for their MPs however should not make any decisions without their MPs. They
are our eyes & ears, not our voice.
- Overseeing that biweekly trainings occur and work with senior paralegals on new topics
for trainings
- Run reports from Clio as instructed
Ideal Candidate must have 5 plus years experience as a Paralegal and 2 years in a leadership role.
