TV/Film Armed/Unarmed Executive Protection Officers - Now Hiring!

Must have previous experience in Executive Protection as well as TV/Film production/industry experience.

MUST BE Retired and/or Off Duty Law Enforcement Officers 

PAY $30 - $40 PER HOUR! HOURS ARE VARIABLE

Candidates are required to have the following qualifications/certifications:

• Valid “Security Guard” License issued by the Georgia Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies (Includes completion of 24 Hours of Training Curriculum authorized by the Georgia Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies.)

• REQUIRED FOR ARMED: Current Certification of Completion of Training for Armed Security Guards -  16 Hours of Armed Guard Training Curriculum authorized by the Georgia Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies.

• A history of lawful conduct (Background check prior to hire)

• High standards of integrity and honesty

• Smart Phone Required

• Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver’s License is Required if using your own vehicle

Job Description:

Reel Security is seeking Armed/Unarmed EP Officers to work at events and filming for TV/Movie Studios in the Atlanta area. EP Officers will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of studio Talent, Executives, and Guests on and off of Studio property. EP Security Officers may be assigned to different posts as needed.  Most current positions will be plain clothes.  Some uniform posts may be available.

Job Type: Variable hours/On call

Experience/Preferred Skill Set:

• Production Security Related Experience (Required)

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Emergency Response Training a must

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions

• Regular and punctual attendance to all shifts

• Smart Phone required.

• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License (Required)

• Detail Oriented

• Must be a Top Tier Professional

• Must be level headed/Calm under pressure

• Proficient in de-escalation tactic training

• Basic knowledge of technical applications (Preferred)

• Strong Report Writing Skills

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Public service oriented, with effective communication skills

• Must have discretionary skills

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Close Protection/Escort of Studio Executives and Talent

• Being alert at assigned post at all times to ensure personal safety

• Making sure customer service is a top priority – be pleasant and courteous while greeting all staff, production, and visitors

• If assigned to a Studio, know the Studio property – where all entrance/exit points are located, and how to direct people to the different areas on the property where they may be working

• Ability to use a radio for communications to security Command Center and other personnel

• Receive and pass down relevant information from the officer being relieved from their shift to keep all officers aware of pertinent information (communication is key)

• Monitoring various activities on and around assigned post; parking lot / security cameras

• Being aware of the chain of command system when an emergency takes place, and the steps needed to take to mitigate the problem

• Staying calm and collected in the event of an emergency, and carry out actions based on the Reel Security policies and procedures set in place 

• Practicing safety at all times to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

• Standing/sitting at post for prolonged periods of time

• Obtain information of incidents that occur on post and write incident reports.

Training:

We set our team members up for success! Extensive resilience training is provided for all officers prior to and throughout detail placement.
