We are looking for a talented and creative On-Site Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. This role involves capturing dynamic video content on location with our blue-collar clients and transforming it into high-performing social media content that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Filming: Travel to job sites to film tradespeople in action, capturing the skill and personality behind their work.
• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into compelling, short-form videos optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with our team to develop engaging video concepts that align with our clients’ branding and marketing goals.
• Equipment Management: Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all video production equipment.
• Post-Production: Add music, motion graphics, captions, and effects to enhance video appeal.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends to create viral-worthy content that resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs well.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to capture authentic moments on-site.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
