JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the responsibility of the Service Director, The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the daily management of a maintenance team and its related activities. The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for coordinating with the internal /external project teams and with the stakeholders to ensure deployment of maintenance plan that meet the requirements of the customer as defined within the Project work specification and the contractual agreement.

- Propose innovative solutions to work safer and lead the team to develop and maintain the highest level of safety culture and behaviour.
- Plan, organize and direct a maintenance team in all their mechanical and electrical challenge.
- The Maintenance Forman needs to organize and deliver important maintenance projects with other team members and key stakeholders.
- Be a key communication point with the customer for the purpose project status, maintenance status and addressing open issues and managing customer change requests.
- Manage multiple projects with short term and competing deadlines at any given time.
- Support the REEL USA organization in terms of business development and commercial activities.
- Interface with customer(s) to understand and define all project requirements.
- Work with suppliers in identifying their capabilities as it pertains to a project.
- Ensure that all milestones within a project are being met per schedule, budget, and per customer requirements.
- Ensure that all work being performed is within the scope of work for the project.
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines, jigs, tools and the plant facility’s equipment such as overhead cranes in an aeronautical environment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma /GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
2. 5 years of relevant maintenance experience; hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and industrial skills.
3. Experience in Engineering, manufacturing, maintenance and Project Management
4. Experience in Business Development and Commercial activities
5. Ability to work with a wide range of individuals

10. Fluent in English (both written and oral).

Location
This position will be based in Mobile, AL.
Position Type /Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the typical business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Employee should also be available for overtime based on workload and for on-call duty services. Additional changes to shift may be required to suit needs of our client.
