Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Leader to oversee and guide our team in various construction and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience in carpentry, concrete forming, and landscape maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of workers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment for tasks such as frame carpentry, assembling structures, and hardscaping.
• Perform concrete forming and heavy lifting as required for various projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide training and support to team members in welding techniques, landscape maintenance, and other relevant skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or landscaping with a focus on frame carpentry and hardscape projects.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A is a plus but not mandatory.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.41 - $24.39 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
