Job Summary:
As a Field Service Asset Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth access to various sites and facilities for our field service personnel. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to coordinate access permissions, resolve access issues, and maintain security protocols. The Field Service Asset Specialist must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Coordinate access arrangements for field service personnel to various sites and facilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all access-related inquiries and issues.
- Communicate access requirements and protocols to internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Collaborate with facility managers, security personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with access policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot access problems and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions to field operations.
- Maintain accurate records of access permissions, approvals, and denials.
- Monitor access trends and identify areas for process improvement or optimization.
- Provide training and guidance to field service personnel on access procedures and security protocols.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to access control and security.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, security management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and access control software.
