Job Summary:
The Quote Administration Specialist is responsible for managing the quoting process to support sales, service, and customer operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customer quotes in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely quote approvals.
- Maintain and update quote records in the system, tracking status and follow-ups.
- Review and validate pricing structures, contract terms, and discounts before finalizing quotes.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements in the quoting workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the quoting workflow and recommend process enhancements
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the department and business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in quote administration, estimating, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and pricing calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
