This position is available to a highly motivated individual with 5 years of professional accounting experience that seeks to be on location in Aspen, CO, Carbondale, CO, Denver, CO or Nashville, TN, full-time remote, or a blend of in-person and remote. Both in-person and remote positions are encouraged to participate in firm funded bi-annual team retreats to the Aspen area, enjoying all that the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer.

The Work
We engage our clients in continuous dialogue and discovery, provide critical information and insights, analyze the business implications of different options, and help them use their financial resources to fulfill their personal and professional goals. In other words, we help clients grow their businesses, plan effectively and ensure financial stability for future generations of their families. We also help businesses solve problems with all elements of their accounting and finance departments encompassing not only traditional bookkeeping tasks but also proactive financial advice and strategic planning.
In addition to executing technically, we expect our managers to actively lead engagements, strengthen client relationships, manage the performance of teams, and develop others.
The Fit
CPA or CPA candidate with 5 years of recent professional accounting experience. Positive attitude, team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
Compensation from $90,000 to $150,000 and discretionary bonuses, depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401k, salary continuation and ski pass (or wellness bonus).
