We are currently seeking dedicated Inside\Counter Sales Representatives for our Indianapolis location. This role involves selling and creating customer orders for building materials, and providing excellent customer service. Quick Details
- Hours are 7:00am – 5:00pm M-F, and when scheduled, Saturdays 7:00am-Noon;
- You'll be creating customers orders on a PC for their needed materials and up-selling them other goods and services that we offer;
- You be dealing with Customers face to face, through phone calls, emails and text;
- You must have customer service experience, be friendly and the ability to pivot to other tasks quickly.
Qualifications
- Must have a positive attitude and be friendly in your dealings with customers and co-workers;
- Must have experience in customer service with multi-tasking abilities;
- Must have proficiency in using a PC;
- Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must have basic math skills, including the ability to calculate the area of a square, rectangle, and triangle.
- Must have a current Driver's License and own transportation to work.
- Must have the ability to work weekends when scheduled;
- Experience in the building products industry is a plus, but not required.
