Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Lower KS2 pupils, following the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where necessary.
- Create exciting learning opportunities that cater to the needs and abilities of all students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians on pupil progress and development.
