What Can You Expect
- This is an entry level position which supports the field management team for all onsite construction activities.
- Through interaction with Superintendents and assignment of daily tasks.
- Actively participates with the supervision and coordination of activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to properly execute the project schedule.
- Assist in implementation and management of site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with Reeves Young safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
- Assist in maintaining daily progress reporting and paperwork such as daily reports including pictures of work progress, payroll and equipment time reporting for crew, field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.
What You Bring to the Table
- Must demonstrate proficiency with or willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, MS Project.
- Must possess ability to maintain daily progress reporting and paperwork such as time reporting, field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.
- May require controlling machines and processes by using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes.
- May require performing general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 4 hour periods of time.
- Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in a wide range of environments.
