What Can You Expect
- This position assists with the weekly payroll process and all other payroll related functions.
- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data.
- Assists with collecting and verifying timekeeping information for employees and payroll data entry into payroll systems.
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures.
What You Bring to the Table
- Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Must possess basic to intermediate knowledge of the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe. Must be willing to learn the following software as needed: Viewpoint and ADP Workforce Now
