What Can You Expect
- This position is responsible for managing designated field activities and general supervision of all phases of construction at the jobsite. This position is responsible for the safety of all individuals on the jobsite at all times and ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with OSHA regulations and safe work practice guidelines. This position is responsible for ensuring project meets all company and project specific quality requirements. This position is responsible for scheduling and maintaining daily work activities in a manner to meet project milestones as required. The Superintendent will work as a team with the Project Manager, ensuring projects meet budget, quality, time and safety objectives and leading project field crews through detailed planning, scheduling, supervising, execution, and coordination of the work, per the prime contract.

What You Bring to the Table
- Supervise and coordinate activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule.
- Maintain daily progress reporting and paperwork such as daily reports including pictures of work progress, payroll and equipment time reporting for crew, field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.
- Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role.
- Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: MS Outlook, Word, Adobe Reader and Viewpoint Field Work Center.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 4-hour periods of time. May require performing general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
- Must have Water/Waste Water experience. Must be able to complete manual labor including pumping water off slab, work with a shovel and picking up trash.
