We are seeking a Business Process Automation Specialist to drive the transformation of business operations through advanced digital solutions. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, automating processes, and leveraging data insights to improve efficiency and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Platform to implement and support automation strategies that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Innovation & Business Transformation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives using SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Platform to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation solutions.
- Develop and support automation tools, workflows, and dashboards to streamline operations.
Process Automation & Optimization
- Utilize Power Automate to reduce manual tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Design and deploy custom applications using Power Apps to digitize paper-based or inefficient processes.
- Implement and manage document collaboration, data storage, and automation within SharePoint Online.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance for key stakeholders.
- Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities within Power BI for predictive analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation, process automation, or data analytics in a corporate environment.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with low-code/no-code development, process automation, and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and API integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and enterprise software.
- Familiarity with Lean management principles, process improvement frameworks, and IT governance.
- Understanding of AI-driven automation, machine learning, and data analytics.
