Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day IT support for internal staff, ensuring smooth operations.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations and other IT equipment.
• Manage user onboarding and account setup.
• Assist with internal infrastructure maintenance and backup management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support the deployment and management of platforms such as Google Workspace,
Microsoft 365, and AWS.
• Collaborate with the IT team on new software and platform migrations.
• Maintain a strong customer service approach while assisting users with technical issues.
• Opportunity to gain experience in cybersecurity and assist with security initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Some IT experience (formal or informal); students pursuing an IT-related field
• Ability to work on-site in Honolulu, Hawaii.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS workstations.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or AWS. Preferred
• Familiarity with IT security principles and cybersecurity best practices. Preferred
