Maintenance Tech details :
Shift : 12-hour Night Rotation; 6 am – 6 pm
Days : Monday / Tuesday, and every other Friday, Saturday, & Sunday OR Wednesday / Thursday and every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Wage : $19.79 - $34.62 per hour
Location : Chaseburg, WI
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Technician , you'll be responsible for keeping the Chaseburg Creamery and Warehouse running smoothly. You’ll work on stainless steel equipment, boilers, pumps, valves, sanitation equipment, and more . This non-rotating shift role ensures consistent support for production operations, and since the creamery operates 365 days a year , occasional holiday coverage may be required.
Your key tasks will include :
- Performing maintenance and preventative care on stainless steel equipment, boilers, pumps, and valves .
- Monitoring and maintaining ammonia systems and performing low-voltage electrical repairs .
- Keeping up with a preventative maintenance schedule and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Operating and maintaining the Dissolved Air Filtration (DAF) system while working with the village contacts.
- Conducting grounds maintenance and general carpentry to ensure compliance with Grade A building codes .
- Ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety and quality standards .
