Location: Viola, WI
Compensation: $23-$28 per hour a bonus based on annual earnings.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Referral Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for our client in Viola, WI. What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep building systems and production equipment operating efficiently.
- Conduct carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to maintain the facility.
- Repair and maintain lights, locks, doors, walls, floors, and HVAC systems.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure equipment stays in top shape.
- Assist in coordinating outside vendor repairs for major equipment overhauls.
- Support other maintenance and facility-related tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Certification in a relevant maintenance field (e.g., electrician) is preferred.
- Previous experience in facility maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications and instructions.
Physical Requirements
This role involves frequent standing, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling. You may occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
