Compensation and Schedule :
- Salary : $48,000–$58,000 per year, with competitive wages, annual raises , and bonuses .
- Hours : Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts most of the year. Opportunity for over-time. Many Staff Accountants choose to work 45-55 hours / week during tax season, maintaining a unique work-life balance for the accounting industry while earning overtime and / or extra paid time off.
