Job Description

At ReferralPoint, LLC, we're on the lookout for a talented individual to help us lead and manage the successful deployment of our internal initiatives and client-facing projects. This position also allows for a hybrid work setup, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds - Grapevine, TX office and remote work!

Location : Hybrid Role, must be located near Grapevine, TX

Compensation : $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience

Implementation & Project Manager Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and transparent client experience. You'll monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to deliver projects successfully. Your expertise in managing resources, schedules, and budgets will be key in completing projects within scope and on budget.

Implementation & Project Manager Key Requirements :

Proven experience (5 years) as an Implementation Manager or Project Manager, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or healthcare environment.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).

Project Management certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent) preferred.

Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on client satisfaction and delivering results.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive project success.

Experience working in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ability to understand technical details and work effectively with development teams to resolve project issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
