Job responsibilities
- You will learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using practices like TDD, mobile architecture patterns, design, and pair programming.
- You will use your passion for mobile development to aid our clients in enabling a platform-appropriate, seamless and human-centered experience for their users.
- You will partner with other technologists from cross-functional teams advocating and demonstrating mobile-first culture.
- You will work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences and create meaningful change for a variety of clients.
- You will take ownership and accountability beyond individual deliverables, always pushing the envelope to deliver awesome results for our clients.
- You will learn, digest and subsequently apply the latest technology thinking from our Technology Radar to solve client problems.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- You have at least 3 years of experience in mobile development and projects with clients or consulting environments.
- You have strong experience with hybrid mobile development with React Native in real, complex and scalable projects.
- You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot — and improve — bad code, and good coding practices like SOLID principles, Clean Code, TDD, among others.
- You are familiar with the fundamental concerns affecting mobile software such as single vendor limitations, constrained execution environment, disconnected operation, discrete release cycles, accessibility, privacy, etc.
- You have experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.

- You have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge as well as a desire to create the right solutions for business problems.
