Customer Success Manager, Commercial Insurance

- Support a curated book of commercial clients
- Manage renewals, certificates, audits, and client questions with care
- Collaborate closely with our founder to refine and elevate the client experience
- Work independently, with freedom and trust
- Flexible hours, fully remote
- Part-time by design (15 - 25 hours per week)

- 5 years of commercial insurance servicing experience
- Confidence with COIs, audits, and renewals
- A calm, client-first communication style
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Based in Eastern Time or able to overlap a few hours each day
