Responsibilities :
Lead and manage customer projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate planning, scheduling, and logistics for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
Track and manage project progress using contractor software.
Maintain strong relationships with lumber yards, manufacturers, and vendors.

Qualifications :
10 years of experience in the home improvement industry.
Proven experience in production management for roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, or solar (experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plus).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
Proficiency in contractor software for project tracking and logistics.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Valid driver’s license.
Industry licenses, certifications, or relevant degrees are a plus.
