We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning while adhering to safety protocols.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean windows, walls, and furniture as needed.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
