Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks on time and to specifications.
• Support the team in adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directions accurately while working independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.

Pay: $20.43 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
