Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Manage assigned station efficiently and maintain high standards for quality and cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
- Maintain inventory and ensure ingredients are properly stocked and rotated.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Previous experience of two years as a line cook in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine or a willingness to learn and embrace its flavors and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
