AP Estitician/Laser Tech

We have been in Red Wing since 2006, and are currently seeking a skilled and experienced AP Esthetician with experience with Laser to join our team and contribute to our mission creating personalized, effective results for everyone. Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services, including Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, chemical peels, dermaplaning, micro-needling and other skincare treatments.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to understand clients' specific needs and concerns.
• Recommend and perform customized treatments tailored to address individual skin conditions and goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sterilized.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized care.
• Collaborate with other team members, including physicians and aestheticians, to provide comprehensive care plans for clients.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a MedSpa or clinical setting.
• Valid MN AP Esthetician license with Managers license
• Extensive knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments.
• Proficient in performing a wide range of advanced esthetic services, including Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, chemical peels, micro-needling, ect.
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy and common skin conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and guide clients effectively.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on providing safe and high-quality treatments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients efficiently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 36 per week
