As the Engineering Manager, AI in the CoCounsel Drafting group, you will be responsible for leading the development of the core applied AI / ML capabilities to power the transactional drafting product portfolio and help our customers to drive their journey to more efficient drafting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior and senior team members, and help drive the roadmap of the area. You will cultivate a vision and strategy for the team aligned with our mission and guide innovation projects from end-to-end : idea to production.
About the Role
In this opportunity as an Engineering Manager, AI, you will be responsible to :
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and rapid prototyping through to production-ready deployment.
- Be both highly technical and an effective people manager, can be hands-on when needed.
- Lead teams that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area.
- Work with your team and cross-functional partners to define and influence strategy.
- Participate in technical design.
- Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals.
- Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution, and prioritization.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
