Reflect's mission is to provide competent and compassionate support to individuals seeking to heal, grow, and thrive. Through therapy, coaching, meditation, and events, we empower our clients to overcome challenges and unlock their full potential. Our vision is to eliminate mental health stigma by normalizing therapy and self-care. At this time, we serve primarily individual adult clients as well as some teens.
We value the importance of providing high-quality care to our clients. We see our role in supporting and training new therapists (associate level or newly fully-licensed) as core to our mission. We offer weekly clinical supervision and monthly in-house training. We also offer a generous stipend for continuing education (around $1000 a year for full-time). In your second year and beyond with Reflect, we also offer monthly clinical supervision with an external supervisor to help you continue to specialize and develop your clinical identity.
We are also open to fully licensed clinicians who want to be part of a collaborative group and value having most aspects of the business taken care of for them. We believe in supporting our team members in achieving their professional goals and are dedicated to providing opportunities for continued growth and learning.
We are primarily seeking full-time therapists to join our practice, though we are open to part-time therapists who are willing to see at least 18 clients a week. Reflect, offers the unique opportunity to be part of a startup that is rapidly growing into a "self-care studio" offering therapy, meditation classes, and workshops on personal growth. Our group is multi-specialty and focused on serving high-functioning adult clients. We looking for candidates who live in the Seattle area and want to work either in a hybrid role with two days a week in our beautiful Capitol Hill offices.
We are looking for diverse, humble, and ambitious clinicians who share our commitment to social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in both our clients and staff. Part of this commitment includes accepting insurance. We also plan to offer sliding-scale sessions in the future provided by graduate student interns. Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color are encouraged to apply. We believe in building a team that reflects the communities we serve.
We are aware that many therapists joining a group practice would someday like to start a private practice of their own. After two years of employment in good standing, and after becoming fully licensed, whichever comes later, you will have the option of continuing with our team with a raise and additional benefits, or moving into a private practice of your own with support as a member of a new therapist community we are building.
If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply. Join us in growing this vision and becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality, holistic care to our community.
