About The Role
Reflection Glass is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Glazier to join our residential team. As a Glazier, you will play a crucial role in installing, repairing, and maintaining glass surfaces in residential properties. This is a full-time, hourly role where time management, customer service, and glazing expertise are critical to delivering excellent results for our clients. What You'll Do
- Cut, measure, install, and repair glass in windows, doors, and other residential fixtures.
- Ensure all glass surfaces are installed safely and in accordance with building standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
- Perform on-site assessments and measurements to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Secure and transport glass safely to job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in glazing or a similar role within the construction or residential field.
- Proficiency in glazing techniques, including measuring, cutting, and installation.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Familiarity with safety practices and standards related to glass installation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in standing or awkward positions for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in glazing are a plus.
- Valid Drivers License
