Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team! Reflection Living strives to provide excellent care to seniors in a home environment. The role of the hospitality aide will be to work alongside our Certified Nurse Aides and Certified Medication Aides in providing this care through preparation of meals, housekeeping, activities, and socialization with residents.
Duties
- Preparing and cooking meals for up to 12 residents
- Cleaning resident rooms and common areas
- Assist with activities for residents in the home
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Uphold resident rights by treating all individuals with dignity and respect while advocating for their needs.
- Socialization for residents through 1:1 interaction
Requirements
- Prior experience with housekeeping and cooking is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a senior living environment is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
