Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team at Reflections Glass, a leading glazing subcontractor in the Hawaiian Islands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the glazing process, including measurement, fabrication, and installation. The position requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in the construction industry and forklift operation is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Take accurate measurements for fabrication and installation purposes.
- Assist in the fabrication of glass and metal components as needed.
- Aid in the installation of glass panels, windows, and other glazing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Experience operating a forklift is desirable.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
