Maintenance Assistant For Luxury Apartment Community
- Completion of all service requests
- Emergency after hours on occupied and vacant units
- All preventative maintenance
- Perform special duties requested by property manager
- Keep maintenance supply room neat and orderly at all times
- Assist manager in controlling utilities in vacant units
- Maintain a customer service attitude at all times
- Responsible for punching of vacant units
- General maintenance such as plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement
