Our company is, a global sourcing company that specializes in the manufacturing and sales of active wear and sport wear. We are looking for a full-time Production Associate who enjoys a fast paced, multitask, organized, detail-oriented persons to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Production Manager to follow up the order
- Issuing and updating all purchase orders within AMT
- Update order sheet and WIP
- Follow up sample the sample submissions from oversea factories
- Organize / track all order details (L/D, trims, fabric, samples) within excel chart to retain updated detail status.
- Prepare packages to go out to overseas and buyer.
- Make swatch card & Bulk color card
- Prepare a meeting for submission review.
- Review all labels layout for approval.
- Update the shipping documents
- Understanding of planning on production environment.
- Perfect communication and computer skills.
- Collaborate with the related all departments.
- Keep constant flow of communication with factories and team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in fashion design, merchandising, apparel production or equivalent industry experience
- Over 2 years of production experience in the apparel.
- Must be proficient in MS office, Photo shop, Illustrator. Especially excel must be expert level.
- Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of production/manufacturing processes and capabilities
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams.
- Self-motivated and self-directed with continuous desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication, organizational skill, attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Fluent in English
- Must have responsibility of work and following directions.
- Must be legally eligible to work in U.S.A
