Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is seeking a Men’s Active & Sportswear Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help expand our footprint across major chains, clubs, and specialty stores.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (major chains, clubs, and specialty stores).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within the assigned portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in men’s active and sportswear.
- Present product lines to prospective buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate pricing, manage sales orders, and track performance against sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure efficient delivery of products and solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform and refine sales strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in the fashion industry, preferably within men’s active/sportswear, with a proven track record of success
- Retail Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow sales with discount retailers, major chains, clubs, and specialty stores
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive strategic decisions
- Results-Driven: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding market share
- Collaboration: Effective team player who can coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, marketing, design)
- Self-Motivation: Organized, driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
