Seeking a Training and Curriculum Manager to lead all Learning and Development course offerings. This would include internal courses and faculty programs, as well as all external vendor seminars. The Training and Curriculum Manager will lead a team of learning coordinators, ensuring proper coordination and production of all courses across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Works closely with Talent Development and the field to ensure development training opportunities are aligned with the business.
- Leads and develops a team responsible for the logistics of all in-person and virtual courses.
- Leads the faculty program, ensuring proper coverage and alignment with the course offerings.
- Manages vendor relationships for all our external training.
- Oversees a cadence of current curriculum and course content and makes recommendations to update offerings based on business needs.
- Manages metrics to evaluate and measure success.
- Develops and maintains organizational L&D communication to promote awareness of L&D offerings.
- Stays knowledgeable of current adult learning trends.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- 3 years of HR, L&D, or related business experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with managing projects and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet/ intranet
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Managerial experience
- Experience with SuccessFactors LMS
