Our client, a 100-year-old multi-state specialty construction group with 12 companies in the Southeastern United States, is looking for a Sales Estimator / Project leader in Lexington, KY.

The Sales Estimator Project Leader (SEPL) is identified as a key person in our business, and to a large extent, functions as an individual profit center, frequently being directly responsible for all aspects of the specific job from inquiry solicitation through
estimating (pricing the work), sales closing, job management and billing.
Is responsible for the workability and profitability of the completed job.
The SEPL reports to the President and works with and through the field force to manage assigned jobs.
The SEPL will call on commercial and industrial building owners, and engineering, maintenance and facility managers.
Base salary will be augmented by profit sharing when corporate and personal goals are met. The SEPL who displays initiative and is decisive has a broad opportunity for personal growth and income, uninhibited by seniority.
