**Technical Writer Position**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Reflexive Concepts. The successful candidate will collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and Intel Analysts supporting Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) activities and provide expert technical writing services.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical writing, with experience in capturing up-to-date notes, managing project records, and summarizing complex technical information for various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to work closely with engineering teams and Government leadership are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and record latest project developments through meetings, project events, documentation review, and email traffic.
- Develop and maintain documentation repositories, support revisions, and edits while determining the best solution for compiling and storing project artifacts.
- Collaborate with mission delivery departments and engineering teams to vet and define project requirements.
- Read, interpret, and modify system engineering drawings and specifications.
- Enter technical studies, metadata, and data into relational databases.
- Upload content onto websites using Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) web authoring tools.
- Integrate existing graphics into documents using various COTS tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Vulnerability Assessment reporting experience.
- Cyber background or experience handling documentation related to major weapons/space systems.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 4 years of technical writing experience, or high school diploma and 6 years of technical writing experience supporting System Engineering teams.
- Experience with the latest release of Microsoft Office products or equivalent.
