What You’ll Do:
- Develop role-specific training programs for various teams.
- Create high-quality learning materials, including e-learning, job aids, and manuals.
- Lead virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update content as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
